              I ordered this bolster for my sister who lives in Toronto and has been virtually locked down for quite a while. We talk very often but knowing we couldn’t cross the border was rough during the holidays. The upside is that she has been practicing Restorative Yoga and taking time for her health and well being. The one essential that she needed was a good bolster. She was so overjoyed with the beauty and craftsmanship of the bolster she cried when she received it and called to tell me how beautiful it is. It gave me great pleasure to be able to gift this to her and Ellen worked hard to get it shipped as quickly as possible at a very busy time of year, so that’s another bonus. All in all, a great experience, and I highly recommend this shop. Thank you!

              My yin practice has improved greatly because of this wonderfully made bolster. The fabric is soft and easy to wash. I will definitely be purchasing more bolsters and meditation pillows in the future!
