I am really liking these little guys. I put blocks under my legs when I'm sitting cross legged and after a while they begin to feel uncomfortable (they are the cork ones) I pop these little bolsters on top of the blocks and I'm comfortable for a long time. As with everything I have had from this company they are well made and I have zero complaints.

The meditation cushion is such a wonderful addition to my practice - it is so comfortable and dramatically improves the alignment of hips, pelvis, and spine in seated postures. And it is gorgeous!
